Product Description

A Companion to the PMBoK® Guide 4th Ed.
By Cynthia Snyder Stackpole

Shortly after the PMBOK® Guide – 2000 Edition was published the Project Management Institute created a Compendium of Project Management Practices. The compendium used the information from the 2000 Edition and provided sample electronic forms that mirrored what the PMBOK® Guide said should be documented. The forms were arranged by process group and then knowledge area.

Cynthia Snyder Stackpole’s A Project Manager’s Book of Forms revises the "compendium" completely for the PMBOK® Guide 4th Ed. It is structured for easier understanding and use by those new to the field, as well as experienced project managers. The book supplies forms and documents necessary to the successful completion of a project according to the PMBOK® Guide. It acts as a road map of the process and shows where the user is at any point in the process, and well as the forms that precede that position and those that follow it. The hard copies of the forms may be taken and reproduced directly from the book, or from the accompanying CD which contains customizable forms for use in any organization. In addition to the road map, a robust index provides quick access to the forms in the book and CD.

The author (Cynthia Snyder Stackpole) is uniquely qualified to pull together this book not only because of her experience as a consultant, but mainly for the reason that she acted as project manager of the PMI selected team that created the PMBOK® Guide 4th Ed.

CD Rom included ! : all forms are available in MS Word or MS Excel format
